Brugs Dak Centrum Becomes CPE Oostkamp
Biesmans Group is taking a new step in the continued growth of its operations. RoofYou Belgium, a division of Biesmans Group, is acquiring Brugs Dak Centrum in Oostkamp. Starting September 1, the specialty retailer for roofing professionals will continue under the name CPE Oostkamp.
With this acquisition, CPE further expands its network, and RoofYou Belgium strengthens its presence in West Flanders. At the same time, Biesmans Group welcomes a strong local company with an experienced team and complementary expertise in roofing and facades.
Brugs Dak Centrum has been a trusted name among roofing professionals in the region for many years. From a modern and strategically located facility in Oostkamp, the Laleman family has built a strong client base and developed extensive expertise.

Continuing to Grow as CPE Oostkamp
Under its new name, CPE Oostkamp, the company will continue to build on the existing operations and customer relationships of Brugs Dak Centrum. The branch can count on the broader commercial and logistical capabilities of RoofYou Belgium.
The combined purchasing power, the BossCover product line, and the extensive product knowledge and support—including for EPDM—create additional opportunities for both the branch and its customers.
Our ambition is therefore clear: to build on our current strengths and further enhance them by leveraging the capabilities of CPE, RoofYou Belgium, and Biesmans Group.
New expertise for the group
Moreover, the added value of the acquisition extends beyond its strategic location and its operations as a specialized roofing supplier.
Brugs Dak Centrum also possesses valuable expertise in aluminum composite facades, including its own production department for such facade applications. This expertise aligns closely with the existing facade activities at RoofYou.
By combining these two areas of expertise, new opportunities arise to further expand our operations in this market, both in Belgium and internationally.
