Four teams, one group race
To maintain the group’s growth momentum, Biesmans Group has adopted Biesmans Group dynamic and agile structure. Under the parent holding company, there are currently four subsidiary holding companies, each with its own CEO, management team, and board of directors: Tectum Group , Tectum Group , RoofYou , and RoofYou . This structure ensures that the group remains strategically aligned, while at the same time giving each business unit sufficient autonomy to operate effectively in its own market.

Transparency and dialogue with stakeholders
For Biesmans Group governance also Biesmans Group communicating clearly and engaging in active dialogue with stakeholders. A concrete example of this is the annual Biesmans Group Event in Genk, where, in June 2025, some fifty stakeholders were brought together and given a transparent update on the past period and the strategic priorities for the coming years.
