Biesmans Group is firmly family-owned. With Yves and Filip serving as committed shareholders and managing directors, they are committed to steering the group’s long-term course. This family foundation is deliberately combined with a professional management approach that supports the group’s continued growth.

Four teams, one group race

To maintain the group’s growth momentum, Biesmans Group underwent a restructuring Biesmans Group January 2025. Today, four subsidiary holding companies operate under the parent holding company, each with its own CEO and management team: Tectum Group , Tectum Group , RoofYou , and RoofYou . This structure ensures that the group remains strategically connected, while at the same time giving the subsidiaries sufficient autonomy to operate effectively in their respective markets.

Transparency and dialogue with stakeholders

For Biesmans Group governance also means communicating clearly and engaging in active dialogue with stakeholders. A concrete example of this is the annual Biesmans Group Partner Event in Genk, where, in June 2025, some fifty stakeholders were brought together and given a transparent update on the past period and the strategic priorities for the coming years.
