For us, learning doesn’t stop after the first few days on the job. Through Biesmans University, we focus on technical training, safety training, onboarding, webinars, and knowledge platforms that help employees continue to develop.

Safety as a solid foundation
A strong social approach starts with a safe working environment—both physically and mentally. In other words, safety is a strategic priority. That is why safety within the group is managed by an internal prevention service and supported by clear action plans, safety training, site inspections, and systematic follow-up of workplace accidents. Such initiatives help employees to consciously identify and manage risks in the workplace.
