To do so, we need to strengthen our team with a Technical Advisor who is eager to learn. Someone who enjoys working with technology, gets a boost from customer contact, and loves helping people get started.

Are you interested in technology, and do you enjoy customer interaction , and do you want to fully immerse yourself in the world of flat roofs? Then we’d love to welcome you as our new Technical Advisor (Antwerp region).

What will you be doing in this role?

• Ideally, you have a basic understanding of flat roofs, and you will receive further in-house training to become an expert in our flat roof products.
• Once you’ve reached that level, you’ll conduct demonstrations and training sessions for customers to ensure they use our systems correctly and that their roofs are in perfect technical condition.
• You will ensure that the training and demonstration rooms are tidy and ready for use.
• You will assist customers in launching construction sites and support them in challenging or complex roofing projects.
• You will conduct technical roof inspections to verify that the installation was done properly.
• You will also handle a number of administrative tasks, such as drafting visit reports or preparing cost estimates for clients.

Who are we looking for?

• You have an interest in technology, preferably with a basic understanding of flat roofs, and are willing to fully immerse yourself in the world of flat roofs.
• You are sociable, customer-oriented, and make friends easily.
• You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of French
• You work with precision and are proficient in using basic software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
