Project Manager for Sloped Roofs

What are you going to do?

• Organization and coordination of construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness, all within the agreed-upon deadlines.
• Motivate and direct in-house crews and subcontractors
• Sensitize and coach own teams and subcontractors, regarding compliance with all safety instructions.
• Closely monitor budgets and perform detailed post-calculation
• Follow administrative procedures associated with the project
• Customer liaison coordinating site meetings and consultation with foremen, subcontractors, architects, supplier and customer

In your luggage is:

• A passion for engineering, you have a bachelor's degree in structural engineering or equivalent through experience
• Customer orientation: you act from a long-term vision and continue to surprise thanks to your solution orientation and accessibility
• A desire for independence, autonomy and a great sense of responsibility
• Communication skills: you can communicate clearly and persuasively, and can present complex messages logically to a group

Who are you working with?

• Business Unit Manager: You report to the regional manager, and together you decide which projects will be assigned to you
• Project Managers: You’ll be part of a team of project managers. You’ll form a close-knit team, learn from each other, and help one another when needed
• Administrative Assistant: The invoicing process runs smoothly thanks to the support of these powerhouse women
• Quotation Specialist and Account Manager: You can always contact the estimator and account manager for a complete project handover, ensuring that no agreements made are lost
• Client: You build a strong relationship with the client and serve as their point of contact throughout the project
