Junior All-Around Marketer

Are you someone who likes to get things done, take the initiative, and grow? Do well-organized events and content that makes people stop scrolling energize you? Then we’re looking for you.

We are looking for a Junior All-Around Marketer to join the marketing team at RoofYou and help build the visibility and growth of CPE and BossCover.

We're looking for someone who is ambitious and full of energy. You don't have to know everything yet, but we do expect you to work independently, show initiative, and be willing to take on responsibility.

What will you do?

Events

You'll help ensure that our events run smoothly from start to finish. This includes trade shows, customer events, training sessions, and other events.

• Prepare, organize, and follow up on events.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and partners.
• Handle invitations, registrations, and practical communications.
• Coordinate promotional materials and supplies.
• Roll up your sleeves and pitch in during events.
• Take photos and videos during the events for our social media accounts.
• Look back afterward and see what we can do even better next time.

Content

Together, we’re working to raise the profile of CPE and BossCover through relevant, engaging content.

• Brainstorming and creating content for social media.
• Drafting newsletters, mailings, and web content.
• Help brainstorm and create photo and video content.
• Collect content from colleagues, clients, projects, and events.
• Contribute to content planning.
• Come up with new creative ideas on your own.

And this, too

In addition to events and content, you’ll work with your marketing colleagues on various promotions and campaigns. You’ll be part of a team where we collaborate, share ideas, and support one another. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we regularly bounce ideas off each other and pitch in when needed.

So you're not in this alone. We help each other move forward, give feedback, and learn from one another. Because growth happens individually, but also together as a team.

Who are we looking for?

A degree or some initial experience in marketing or communications is a plus, but we're primarily interested in who you are and how you work.

You are someone who:

• is creative, but can also work in an organized manner
• communicates effectively and has a knack for content
• takes the initiative
• can work independently and take on responsibility
• is ambitious and curious, and loves to learn new things
• looks for solutions when you run into a problem
• and, above all, has enthusiasm and drive.

Of course, you’ll receive guidance and feedback, but we also want to give you the confidence to get started on your own. Ask for help when needed, but above all, don’t be afraid to try things out on your own, figure things out, and make suggestions.
