TEAMLEAD SALES

People manager active across Belgium in the construction industry

Your mission? To achieve the growth of our account managers and the organization!

  • As a true people manager, you coach and lead a team of account managers. You support them in achieving their KPIs and sales targets, and you are actively involved in their development.
  • You work with the account managers on a regional business plan that you translate into concrete and achievable actions. Hereby you determine and monitor the commercial objectives, returns and margins.
  • Together with your team, you will regularly go out on the job, where you will coach, give direct feedback, observe and inspire to get the best out of every customer interaction.
  • With your hands-on mentality, you will actively contribute to the results by maintaining and building sustainable relationships with our key accounts yourself.
  • You will work closely with management, business unit managers and employees, acting as a connecting link between the commercial and operational team.
  • Finally, you ensure correct reporting of figures and results to internal stakeholders.

Do you possess these tools to make an impact?

  • An inspiring people manager: you can look back on several years of experience in managing and coaching commercial teams. You get energy from motivating employees and lifting them to a higher level, with an eye for their individual talents.
  • Commercial technical talent: You understand how to translate commercial objectives into concrete actions and monitor returns and margins.
  • A passion for construction: knowledge of construction is an asset, but even more important we find your eagerness to learn about the industry.
  • Strong communicator: you switch smoothly between different levels inside and outside the organization and therefore know how to connect and convince people
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English.
