Sustainable growth with a vision
With sustainable products and services, we will make a difference in the future. Find out how we are laying the foundation for this today.

Biesmans Group is committed to four pillars of sustainability
Sustainability is an integral part of the Biesmans Group’s long-term vision. As a family-owned holding company, we build businesses that not only grow economically but also take responsibility for their impact on people, the environment, and society.
Within our group, we translate this ambition into a concrete sustainability policy built around four clear pillars. These serve as a guide for our activities today and the choices we make for tomorrow.

1
Measuring and reducing our impact
A well-thought-out sustainability policy starts with insight. Within the group, our climate impact is systematically assessed, including through CO₂ measurements (Scopes 1, 2, and 3).
These measurements form the basis for targeted actions and improvements. By regularly evaluating and making adjustments, we are working step by step to reduce our ecological footprint.
Transparency is key, with clear reporting in accordance with applicable guidelines.

2
Sustainable solutions and innovation
Through our companies, we actively contribute to more sustainable solutions within the construction sector and beyond.
A concrete example of this is the development of circular systems and materials that enable reuse and extend the lifespan of applications. Innovations such as the BossCover Circular System demonstrate how sustainability and performance can go hand in hand.
In addition, we are committed to offering sustainable alternatives and supporting customers and partners in making conscious choices.

3
Efficient use of energy and resources
Within our own operations, we are also committed to using energy and raw materials more efficiently.
This translates into investments in renewable energy, the energy-efficient renovation of our buildings, and making our vehicle fleet more sustainable. In addition, we are working to optimize logistics processes and reduce material loss and waste streams.
Through these initiatives, we are building an organization that is not only high-performing but also future-proof.

4
A structured sustainability policy
Biesmans Group is working to further develop a well-founded and forward-looking sustainability framework at the group level.
A key step in this process is the implementation of a dual materiality analysis. Through a broad stakeholder survey, we identify the themes most relevant to our activities and our environment.
Based on this, clear priorities and objectives are established. The goal is to publish a sustainability report by the end of 2026 in line with the European VSME guidelines.
