Your duties

• You organize and coordinate your sites from A to Z with an eye for quality, safety and profitability
• You closely monitor your projects and their deadlines
• You motivate and manage both in-house and subcontractor shifts
• You raise awareness of safety among our own teams and our subcontractor teams
• You carefully control budgets and perform detailed post-calculation
• You are the point of contact for the customer
• You coordinate site meetings with the foremen, subcontractors, architects, supplier and the customer

Do you recognize yourself in the following points?

• You have a passion for structural engineering and are interested in the technical aspects of a flat roof
• You preferably have a degree in architecture and/or have several years of relevant experience
• You keep surprising customers thanks to your solution orientation
• With multiple projects simultaneously, you effortlessly keep all the balls in the air
• You can communicate clearly and persuasively and can present complex messages logically

• Business Unit Manager: you report to the BUM and together you determine which projects will be assigned to you
• Project leaders: you are part of a team of project leaders. You form a real team, learn from each other and help each other where necessary.
• Administrative Assistant: The invoicing process runs smoothly thanks to the support of this powerhouse
• Calculator: you can always contact the calculator for a complete site transfer so that no appointment made is lost
• Customer: you will build a good relationship with the customer and be their point of contact during the execution of the project
