In order to offer our customers an over-the-top service, we are investing in the further optimization and digitalization of our operational processes. We therefore want to strengthen our team with a: PROJECT MANAGER ERP

As ERP Project Manager, you will coordinate ongoing projects within the current application landscape (AX2012 CRM, PIM, Slim Stock, PTV, etc.) and support the analysis and implementation of a new ERP. You work closely with both internal teams and external partners. In this key role, you will take care of digitizing our business processes, promoting adoption and ensuring that the new solution creates added value for the business.

Your duties: 

• Supervise digitization projects:
• Prepare and manage the project plan, including timelines, budget and resources.
• Ensure smooth cooperation between all stakeholders involved (sponsors, BPO people, IT, external suppliers, etc.).

• Process analysis and optimization:
• Analyze existing business processes so that you can advise how they can be incorporated into the standard functionalities of the ERP.
• Ensure seamless integration between the ERP system and other systems.
• Collaborate on clear data architecture and governance.

• Support for adoption of new technologies:
• Develop and implement a plan for training and support to make employees more digitally savvy.
• Ensure proper documentation.

• Communication and collaboration:
• You are strong in clear and effective communication about goals and results so that all levels of the organization are informed, but also motivated to do their part. 
• Through constructive internal cooperation, problems and challenges are addressed purposefully and you achieve good results.

Do you recognize yourself in the following points?

• You have obtained a master's degree (or equivalent through experience), preferably in ICT, TEW or process management. 
• You have a strong interest in monitoring and optimizing business processes. 
• You are results-oriented, with a keen analytical eye. 
• You work fluently with Microsoft Modern Workplace. 
• Knowledge and/or experience with ERP in a distribution environment is a huge asset.
