As branch manager, you are the face of our branch in Pelt. You have responsibility for the daily operations, but also actively participate in the operation. Sometimes you are alone in the branch and then you do everything a branch employee does: from helping customers and loading to stock management and ordering. You focus on the internal operation, the customer experience in the branch and the achievement of the commercial targets.
- You motivate, coach and support your team with appreciative leadership.
- You will actively work in the branch yourself: driving the forklift, loading orders for the customer, EPDM cutting and other practical tasks.
- You will work smoothly with our software package to correctly process orders and prepare quotes.
- You provide customers with professional advice and customized service.
- You are responsible for accurate stock counting and follow up inventory management.
- You track and handle deliveries and payments.
- You handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- You will work with the account manager to meet commercial targets and contribution margins.
- You use your technical feel to quickly master product knowledge.
- You have leadership experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- You are not afraid to actively participate and be hands-on.
- You are communicatively strong, results-oriented and know how to inspire people.
- You are organized, stress resistant and keep an overview.
- You have an affinity for the construction industry, or are willing to learn about it.
