Does this range of duties appeal to you?

As a counter clerk, you are the first point of contact for our customers in the branch. You help them with a smile - at the counter and on the phone. You think along with them, give advice and ensure that orders are processed correctly. You will also roll up your sleeves yourself in the warehouse. This way you help to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What you do like:

• You will help customers choose and order the right roofing and facade materials.
• You will ensure the smooth and correct processing of orders in our ERP system.
• You will assist in the warehouse: checking deliveries, preparing orders, performing stock counts....
• You will answer phones and emails from customers with due care and kindness.
• You will work closely with your colleagues in the branch as well as with the account manager who handles external customer contact.
