As administrative manager in our branch, you are the pivotal figure who manages and optimizes administrative processes to keep the branch running smoothly. You are in close contact with management and provide support through analysis, reporting and implementing improvements.

  • Operational Organization: You will ensure the streamlined execution of all administrative tasks within the branch, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Management: You take the lead in driving various processes, with the goal of simplifying and improving operational efficiency.
  • Implementation of systems: You are actively involved in implementing new ERP systems and other tools that support business operations.
  • Team management: You will coach and supervise a team of 6 employees, planning, monitoring and evaluating their performance, with a view to their development.
  • File transfers: You attend various handover moments and ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Hands-on: You are ready to support and assist colleagues as needed, making you a valuable team player within the branch.
  • Customer-oriented: you are a point of contact for customers and proactively take the lead on administrative matters, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and making sure processes run smoothly without slowing down.

  • Strong communicator: You communicate clearly and persuasively, which is essential for effectively managing teams and conveying ideas.
  • Fluent PC skills and administratively strong : You are quick to learn new software and ensure flawless execution of administrative tasks. You are able to make adjustments where necessary.
  • Solution-oriented thinking and stress resilience: Your ability to prioritize, problem solve and move quickly is invaluable to our team.
  • Languages: You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and French.
  • Experience in the construction industry/professional service provider is an asset

Who are you working with?

  • Business Unit Manager and Senior Business Unit Manager: You will work closely with the BUM and report directly to the Senior BUM.
  • Project Team: You will keep the project team informed of the progress of the files and actively participate in various consultation moments.
  • 'Repairs, maintenance and interventions' team: As a true people manager, you coach and lead a team of 6 employees. With your eye for their talents and skills, you help them reach a higher level. You guide and support them in achieving KPIs.
  • Customer: You will build strong relationships with customers and ensure that you are fully aware of current SLAs, with the goal of providing outstanding customer service.
